Welcome to Mindful Dose! Our journey began in 2018, inspired by a transformative four-year exploration of yoga. Through my own personal experience of overwhelming stress during college, I discovered the power of mindfulness and its scientific principles. Since then, my passion has been devoted to delving deeper into the realm of mindfulness and its incredible potential to nurture and restore the nervous system, offering relief from anxiety and depression.

At Mindful Dose, we integrate mindfulness into our various offerings, including yoga classes, meditation sittings, and tarot readings.
